Terms & Conditions
Delivery: Delivery days are Thursday and Friday, 10am to 4pm. Specific time slots can not be guaranteed and each delivery will incur a £2.00 fee.
Order errors: If you have received an item(s) that is different from your order we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately so we can have the correct items delivered to you. If we don't have your desired item we will offer you store credit.
Missing items: Our orders are checked thoroughly before leaving the store but on the rare occasion your order is incomplete please contact us immediately and we will have the missing item delivered to you or provide store credit if the item is not available.
Cancellations: We are not able to provide cash or credit card refunds if you cancel your order, only store credit will be available.
Food dissatisfaction: We take the utmost pride in our products however if you have received an item which is unsatisfactory due to quality or packaging please return the item to us in the original packaging so we may investigate the issue. Once we have confirmed an error we will offer a store replacement or credit.
